2. Use of the site

Users agree to use the site in accordance with the law, the rules of good faith and these terms. Conduct aimed at damaging the site, circumventing its security, obtaining unauthorised access, generating excessive traffic through automated tools or preventing other users from benefiting from the service is prohibited.

3. Informational content

Articles, blog posts, guides, checklists, explanations and similar content on the site are intended for general information and professional awareness. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they do not constitute a guarantee of legal, financial or technical compliance, accreditation or certification for any particular organization.

4. Digital products and training

The scope, price, technical requirements, delivery or access method and any special conditions of digital products and training are stated on the relevant sales or training page. For paid transactions the Pre-Information Form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Delivery, Cancellation and Refund Terms apply together.

5. Pre-registration forms

Unless expressly stated otherwise, free pre-registration and information request forms for training or services are not a purchase or a final registration. After pre-registration ELQA may share the price, date, capacity and a payment link. Final registration additionally requires approval of a transaction entailing a payment obligation.

6. Accounts and access details

Where a user account or personal download or training access is provided on the site, the user is responsible for keeping passwords and access links confidential. ELQA must be contacted immediately if unauthorised use is suspected.

7. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the trademarks, logos, texts, graphics, designs, training materials, digital tools, templates and other content on the site belong to ELQA or to the relevant rights holder. Content may not be copied, republished for commercial purposes, sold or distributed as a derivative product without written permission. Personal use and citation permitted by law are reserved.

8. Conduct in live training

Participants in live training must respect the rights of other participants and the order of the session. Access may be restricted in cases of harassment, insult, sharing unlawful content, persistently disrupting the session or recording or broadcasting without permission; the consumer's mandatory statutory rights are reserved.

9. Third-party links and services

The site may contain links to payment institutions, Zoom and similar training platforms or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms of use and privacy terms.

10. Availability of the site

ELQA makes reasonable efforts to keep the site running without interruption; temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, security, infrastructure or force majeure. Delivery and performance obligations for paid products and services are governed by the Distance Sales Agreement and the related policies.

11. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed under the KVKK Privacy Notice and the Privacy Policy; cookies are managed under the Cookie Policy.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated in line with changes in legislation or the structure of the service. For a paid order, the contract and pre-information texts presented to the Buyer on the date of the order apply.
