With a background in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering, I bring together my corporate experience in manufacturing, quality management, and continuous improvement through ELQA.
Over more than 13 years in an international manufacturing organization, I led quality and continuous improvement in production. This experience showed me that systems are built not on paper, but where decisions are made, problems are solved, and teams work together.
ELQA was born from this perspective. I help organizations move beyond meeting requirements to build a management structure that understands its operations, monitors performance, and sustains improvement.
