Version 1.0 · In force since 21 August 2026

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Turkish version of this document is the legally binding text; in case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

This Pre-Information Form has been prepared pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, in order to inform the consumer clearly and comprehensibly before a distance contract is concluded.

1. Seller / provider details

  • Seller / provider: Meryem Suzan Civiroğlu - ELQA Yönetim Sistemleri Eğitim ve Danışmanlığı
  • Tax office: Tire Tax Office
  • Tax number: 9950250263
  • Address: Fatih Mah. Taksim Cad. No: 4/1 D: 4, Tire / İzmir, Türkiye

2. Scope and type of product / service

The following types of product and service may be offered through the ELQA website and/or through secure payment links sent by ELQA:

  • Downloadable digital products such as Excel workbooks, PDFs, ZIP archives, templates and assessment tools.
  • Recorded video courses and digital training content made available after payment through a link, a user account or a training platform.
  • Live online training delivered on a specific date and time via Zoom or a similar online platform.
  • Packages combining digital material with live or recorded training components.

Completing a free pre-registration or information request form does not in itself create a paid sales contract and creates no payment obligation. After pre-registration ELQA may share the training date, capacity, price and a payment link. Paid final registration is created when the consumer expressly approves the transaction that entails a payment obligation and the payment is completed successfully.

3. Essential characteristics of the product / service ordered

The name, type, delivery method, access period and language of the product or training ordered, together with its essential characteristics, package contents and any certificate information, are shown on the relevant product page.

When the order is completed these details are copied verbatim into the Pre-Information Form issued for that specific order and stored as an unalterable copy. Subsequent changes to content or pricing do not alter the document of a past order.

4. Sales price and payment

Prices shown on product pages are net amounts excluding VAT. The VAT to be added and the total payable including taxes are shown as separate lines on the product page and in the cart.

The final amount payable by the consumer is shown clearly before the payment is approved. There is no physical shipping charge for digital delivery. It is stated clearly before payment that confirming the order entails a payment obligation.

Payment is taken by credit or debit card through a secure payment infrastructure. Card details are not stored on ELQA systems.

5. Delivery and performance of the service

5.1. Downloadable digital products

Once payment is completed successfully, the product is made available electronically through a personal download link in the “My Orders” section of the customer's account. Delivery takes place immediately after payment is confirmed.

5.2. Recorded video courses

Recorded training content is made available after payment through the user account. The access period and any viewing, download or device limits are stated in advance on the training page.

5.3. Live online training

Live training takes place on the date and time stated on the training page or in the final registration notice, via Zoom or a similar online platform. The joining link and the necessary access details are sent to the participant by email, through the user account or another suitable electronic channel after payment or final registration, and at the latest before the training begins.

6. Technical requirements

The file format, the software and version required, macro usage, the need for an internet connection and, for live training, camera and microphone requirements are stated separately in the “Technical details” section of each product and training page.

Before purchasing, the consumer should check whether the stated technical requirements are compatible with their own device and software.

7. Licence of use and training materials

Licence type: Standard Licence of Use - own use by the purchasing individual or organization.

Digital products and training materials may be used within the activities of the purchasing individual or organization. Where purchased by an organization, internal use by the employees of that organization is permitted. Products and materials may not be transferred, distributed, resold or sub-licensed to third parties, nor made available to persons outside the purchasing individual or organization. Making them available to third parties within consulting, training or similar commercial services falls outside the standard licence.

Participants may not record, reproduce or publish the audio or video of live training without ELQA's prior written permission.

8. Right of withdrawal and its exceptions

In service contracts the consumer has the right to withdraw within fourteen days of the conclusion of the contract, in accordance with the principles set out in the legislation. The Regulation on Distance Contracts, however, sets out exceptions to the right of withdrawal for certain products and services.

  • For downloadable intangible digital products delivered to the consumer instantly after payment, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised where the statutory conditions are met.
  • For digital services performed instantly in an electronic environment or made accessible immediately after payment, the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal may apply depending on the nature of the service.
  • For live or other services whose performance has begun with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised where the statutory conditions are met.
  • Where live training has not yet begun and no exception has arisen, the consumer's statutory right of withdrawal is reserved.
  • Which situation applies to your order is shown clearly at the payment step and in the Pre-Information Form issued for that order, according to the product type and delivery method.
  • An exception to the right of withdrawal does not remove the consumer's statutory rights where the product or service is defective, incomplete, undelivered or does not match the essential characteristics stated.

9. Cancellation or rescheduling of live training

If ELQA cancels live training or has to change its date for compelling reasons, the participant is informed as soon as possible. Where a new date is offered and the participant does not accept it, the relevant amount is refunded within the framework of the applicable legislation and the specific circumstances of the transaction. If the trainer changes, the essential nature of the training is preserved; material changes are notified to the participant.

10. Refunds, technical problems and support

Where the delivery link does not work, the file is corrupted for reasons attributable to ELQA, the wrong or an incomplete product is delivered, purchased content is not made accessible, or live training cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to ELQA, the consumer may request support at suzan.civiroglu@elqa.com.tr. The request is assessed within the framework of the applicable legislation and the terms of the contract.

11. Complaints and disputes

The consumer may send requests relating to a product or service to ELQA at suzan.civiroglu@elqa.com.tr and +90 541 738 71 07. A buyer qualifying as a consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees or the Consumer Courts within the applicable monetary limits and rules of jurisdiction.

12. Confirmation of pre-information

The consumer confirms that, before placing the order and making payment, they were informed of the essential characteristics of the product or service purchased, the total price, the payment terms, the delivery and performance method, the technical requirements, the licence of use, the right of withdrawal and any exception to it, the seller's details and the available channels of complaint.

This confirmation is obtained through the checkbox ticked in the cart before the payment step; the date and time of the confirmation are recorded against the order. The order number, order date, product name, total amount and document version appear in the Pre-Information Form issued for that order.
