Training & Competency Development

We design practical training that connects management systems and continuous improvement topics to the organization’s real needs.

The value of training is measured by how the work is done the next day, not by the attendance certificate. ELQA training runs on the organization's own processes, its own records and its own examples, so that what is learned in the room is applied at the participant's own desk. Programmes can be delivered on site, live online or in a hybrid format.

Questions we hear about this service

If your question is not answered here, we can go through it directly in a short conversation.

Either. It can run at your premises, live online or in a hybrid format. Subjects that need work on the floor are more effective on site; largely theoretical modules work equally well online.

Yes, participants who complete the training receive an ELQA certificate of attendance. It can be used in the organization's competence records; it is not an accredited personnel certification.

It is. Examples, record formats and exercises are taken from the organization's own processes. Training that explains a standard through generic examples does not show a participant what to do at their own desk.

Because the sessions are applied, keeping the group to a reasonable size is recommended; in crowded rooms the quality of case work and feedback drops. The right size for each subject is agreed together during planning.
